At ColdPoint Logistics, we are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for verifying and recording incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing items for shipment, and coordinating with warehouse and transportation to ensure timely and accurate preparation of shipping and receiving documents.



The ideal candidate will have the ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers, read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups. This position requires regular walking, use of hands, reaching, and talking, as well as occasional standing, sitting, and stooping.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Completes receipts, signs drivers in, and notifies warehouse for dock assignment.
  • Coordinates shipping and receiving documents.
  • Receives, counts, and logs cash received by carriers.
  • Enters information in computer for shipping and receiving.
  • Maintains WMS Scheduler and visual aids.
  • Notifies management of pending no shows and unscheduled arrivals.
  • Completes and verifies paperwork with drivers.
  • Arranges appointments for carriers and customer pickups.
  • Operates office machines.
  • Follows HACCP and SQF requirements.
