Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Fellow Professional

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist Fellow to join our team in The City of Providence. As a Speech Language Pathologist Fellow, you will be responsible for enhancing your clinical skills and knowledge under the supervision of an experienced and licensed speech-language pathologist.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a minimum of Master's Degree from a Board-approved school of Speech-Language Pathology. You must also meet requirements for licensing by the RI Department of Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist Fellow, you will work closely with families, EI team members, medical professionals, and community partners to provide high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance and Regulations: Understand and follow Federal, State, and agency regulations pertaining to the Rhode Island Early Intervention system.
  • Family Partnership: Establish and maintain effective working partnerships with each family, EI team member, and medical and community partners.
  • Screenings and Evaluations: Perform screenings, evaluations, assessments, and make relevant intervention and service recommendations.
  • IFSP Outcomes: Actively include the family and other team members to develop IFSP outcomes that are family-owned, functional, measurable, within daily routines, and integrated across developmental domains.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree from a Board-approved school of Speech-Language Pathology
  • Licenses by the RI Department of Health
  • Current RI driver's license
  • Current auto insurance
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience.
