Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Central RI Region, working primarily with the IDD population. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders using an inter-disciplinary, evidence-based approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on, evidence-based direct patient care
  • Assess/evaluate, treat, and provide resources for communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager – Site to ensure high-quality, responsive, and relevant aging services
  • Maintain a caseload that reflects required productivity standards
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech, Hearing and Language Development
  • Valid Speech Therapist license in the state(s) where services are rendered
  • Current Certificate of Competency from ASHA (CCC-SLP)
  • 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in the IDD community
  • Must possess a valid and current driver's license and auto insurance
