About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our dynamic team at New U Therapy Center & Family Services, Inc. in California and Florida. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of licensed therapists and providing clinical leadership to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of licensed therapists and provide clinical guidance and support
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our clients
  • Provide training and education to our staff on evidence-based treatments and best practices
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our organization's strategic plan

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology
  • Active licensure as a LCSW, Psy D, or PhD in California
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical leadership role
  • Experience in community mental health and clinical program administration
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatments and best practices
