Job OverviewThis per diem, hourly clinician role involves seeing Senior Health patients (ages 65+) with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role).
You'll be treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits and collaborating with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
The ideal candidate will utilize their specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need at least 2 years of primary care experience, currently be licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Colorado, and have excellent communication skills to build successful relationships with team members.
A passion for human-centered primary care, ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds, and proficiency in evidence-based primary care are also essential.

Our compensation package includes benefits, and we pay $75 per hour for this role. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
