Primary Care Senior Health Physician Opportunity with Competitive Hourly Rate

As a primary care physician at One Medical, you'll be part of a diverse, driven, and empathetic team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery.
This per diem opportunity is located at our Glendale office and offers a competitive hourly rate of $130. You'll work as an independent contractor, seeing senior health patients (ages 65+) with a broad array of needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office and occasionally via tele-health visits, and collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics and have practiced at least two of the last five years in an outpatient primary care setting. You'll also need to be state licensed in Colorado and demonstrate a passion for human-centered primary care, effective communication skills, and the ability to navigate uncertain situations confidently.
