We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Project Manager to join our team at Crowned Eagle Construction LLC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing larger construction projects from pre-construction to close out in the Houston area, as well as engaging with clients during off-hours to build long-term relationships and nurture an open dialog of upcoming projects.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee larger construction projects from pre-construction to close out in the Houston area.
- Engage with clients during off-hours to build long-term relationships and nurture an open dialog of upcoming projects.
- Travel (as needed) between Houston, Dallas, Austin/San Antonio to QC/QA ongoing projects in various regions.
- Build, maintain and continue recruiting sub-contractor base.
- Resolve all customer conflicts in a timely manner.
- Actively review and manage budgets, construction timelines, quality & safety standards.
