Job Title: Liquidity Planning and Analysis Manager

At Genworth, we are seeking a highly skilled Liquidity Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient liquidity management for our Annuity, Life, and Long-Term Care Businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage key aspects of US Life Insurance Cash forecast
  • Ensure efficient deployment of Cash for Investment
  • Build relationships with key forecast suppliers and customers such as Investments, Finance, and Corporate Treasury
  • Develop and conduct reviews with focus on continuous forecast improvement
  • Monitor cash and collateral liquidity demands surrounding Trust, Reinsurance, Derivative, and Repo programs
  • Complete complex ad hoc financial analysis and drive ongoing process improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or other technical area required; Master's Degree is preferred
  • 5-7 years financial analysis experience required; Prior Insurance and/or Finance industry experience preferred
  • Strong modeling and excel skills, including familiarity with automation or analytics tools such as Alteryx
  • Strong communication, analytic, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drill down to root cause, understand and articulate underlying business reason, and apply appropriate judgement
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams and manage projects
  • Ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with Treasury processes and products including Treasury Workstation and Settlement systems
