Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all operations on construction sites, ensuring that work is done safely, on time, and within budget.
- Supervise crews of various trades, including electric, plumbing, and mechanical.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress, and cost tracking reports.
- Develop and implement quality control programs.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed to maintain a safe work environment.
- Schedule and coordinate work to tight deadlines and within financial budgets.
- Effectively liaise with clients, construction professionals, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the commercial construction industry.
- Proven experience in supervising crews and managing construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction cost control and basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent ability to manage project scheduling and budgeting.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of safety management principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
