Key Responsibilities:

As a Veterinary Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both new and seasoned veterinarians in achieving their professional goals in an environment where animal welfare, collaboration, and community service are paramount. Essential Duties:

  • Leadership (35%): Foster a culture of respect and teamwork through regular one-on-one meetings, recognition, and developmental coaching. Oversee medical and surgical practices according to established protocols.
  • Medical Responsibilities (50%): Provide compassionate and quality preventive care, oversee all aspects of veterinary services during clinic operations, and ensure a safe environment for animals and clients.
  • Administrative Tasks (15%): Schedule staff for optimal coverage, maintain open communication with leadership, and participate in professional development activities.

Qualifications:

Current veterinary license, demonstrated leadership skills, excellent attendance record, and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent are required. Experience in high-volume spay/neuter procedures and prior management experience are strongly preferred.
