In 2017, four friends developed a vision to elevate Nashville Hot Chicken in America. With limited resources, they launched a pop-up concept in East Hollywood, serving a simple menu that garnered a viral following and long lines.

Leveraging this success, the team opened their first physical store in January 2018, exceeding expectations with high demand for their hot chicken. Sales have consistently grown, with customers eagerly waiting throughout the day.

The chef and co-founder, Dave, designed a process to deliver exceptional quality: preparing top-notch chicken in a proprietary brine, followed by deep-frying and topping it with seven signature spice blends.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain fast-paced service, resolve guest concerns, and adhere to safety procedures.
  • Follow the DHC Training Program to learn new skills, duties, and responsibilities.
  • Communicate needs for additional training to immediate supervisors.
  • Greet guests, record orders, serve food, and answer questions with a positive attitude.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to prepare menu items while following cooking instructions, safety protocols, and sanitation requirements.
Requirements
  • Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
