Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team at Dietz Property Group. As a key member of our residential property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales presentations and tours to prospective customers, highlighting the community's features and benefits
  • Process applications, screenings, and paperwork for new residents and lease renewals
  • Develop and implement resident social activities to foster a sense of community
  • Provide quality service to prospective residents, current residents, team members, and vendors

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales or face-to-face customer service
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including Saturdays
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and internet
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
