Job Title: RN NICU Part-Time Nights
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team at Piedmont Medical Center. As a RN NICU Part-Time Nights, you will provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and infants, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and infants, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned patients.
- Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside.
- BLS certification required; NRP certification required within orientation period.
- One year maternal/child nursing experience preferred.
