Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Field Operations Specialist is responsible for conducting thorough inspections of flooring installations to ensure adherence to company standards and customer expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain daily communication with clients and project coordinators.
  • Conduct pre-installation site assessments to confirm readiness.
  • Perform post-installation inspections to verify quality and timeliness.
  • Evaluate installation methods and provide guidance to installation teams.
  • Ensure completion of projects meets customer satisfaction.
  • Address any inquiries or concerns related to installations.
  • Manage the transportation of materials as needed.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in flooring installation is advantageous.
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols in all operations.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance are mandatory.
  • Reliable transportation to job sites is essential.
  • Strong communication skills are a must.
  • Must pass a drug screening and be subject to random testing.
