Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret complex data sets to identify trends and drivers of results, informing leadership decisions and strategy development
  • Develop and maintain structured financial and operational analysis models to aid in data analysis and decision-making
  • Manage monthly financial reporting, providing variance analysis against actual results and identifying areas for improvement
  • Prepare data for upper-level reports and presentations, aggregating and organizing financial data from multiple platforms and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business issues and meet organizational objectives
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of corporate finance, analysis, or accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or equivalent
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows
  • Insurance experience preferred, with knowledge of property and casualty and life and health insurance concepts, products, and distribution
