Job Title: Treatment Superintendent

Join the City of Cincinnati's Metropolitan Sewer District as a Treatment Superintendent in the Compliance Services Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, supervising, and participating in the work of our Compliance Services Division. Your expertise in water or wastewater treatment, combined with your supervisory experience, will be essential in ensuring the quality and safety of our water treatment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the work of our Compliance Services Division
  • Participate in the development of policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Perform complex analytical and evaluative activities
  • Exercise quality control authority over all divisional products

Requirements:

  • 6 years of experience in the field of water or wastewater treatment
  • At least 3 years of high-level supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in biology, chemistry, business administration, public administration, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Certification in water or wastewater treatment from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency
