- Maintain Controls: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, cash control policies, and procedures.
- Manage Team Members: Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Advocate a Team Environment: Foster a culture of respect, open communication, and teamwork among team members.
- Manage Personal Development: Support team members in their professional growth and development.
- Ensure a High-Quality Operation: Direct overall activities and performance of team members on a shift-by-shift basis.

- Create Positive Relationships: Treat all team members with respect and create positive relationships with team members and managers.
- Minimize Turnover: Work with the management team to respond to and assist in resolving team member issues.
