We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at RDP Foodservice LTD in the Cincinnati and Dayton areas. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy building strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth.

Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, with 5 years of sales experience in the food industry. They should have a proven track record of closing sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Conduct regular visits to customers and prospects to assess their needs and offer product solutions.
- Monitor accounts for compliance with credit terms and follow up on any issues with the credit department.
- Achieve sales and profit margin goals.
- Track sales activity and provide regular reports on performance and market trends.
- Maintain awareness of pricing trends to ensure competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop strategies that attract new customers.
- Participate in the onboarding of new accounts with purchasing and operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Proven success in closing sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Self-motivated and effective time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel and have a clean driving record.
Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $80,000, plus potential commission, bonuses, and car allowance, based on individual performance and experience.
