Role Summary:

  • Oversee daily store operations and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with service, merchandising, and operational standards.
  • Implement performance improvement plans for store employees as needed.
  • Manage employee scheduling and payroll budgeting effectively.
  • Dedicate a significant portion of your shift to leadership responsibilities.
  • Collaborate closely with the District Manager and support teams.
  • Establish standards that enhance customer satisfaction and market recognition.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or relevant training preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in retail management is essential.
  • Demonstrated commitment to a customer-first approach.
  • Strong skills in leadership, coaching, sales generation, strategic planning, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to attract, recruit, and develop top talent into effective leaders.
  • Capability to provide constructive feedback and lead change initiatives.
  • Experience conducting training workshops to meet company standards.
