Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Direct the daily operations of maintenance personnel, ensuring efficient distribution of tasks and monitoring the quality of work performed.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions to prevent future issues.
- Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing maintenance systems and processes.
- Provide constructive feedback and conduct formal performance evaluations for maintenance staff.
- Lead investigations into equipment failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Engage in training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications:
Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, along with at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree, 4 years of manufacturing experience, and 2 years of maintenance experience, particularly with PLC systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
The target salary range for this full-time position is between $47,600 and $79,800, influenced by factors such as location, experience, and education. In addition to competitive pay, we offer comprehensive health, dental, 401k, and wellness benefits starting on your first day of employment.
