Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to lead our site maintenance activities at Campbell's Napoleon, Ohio facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all plant maintenance activities, collaborating with stakeholders to support strategic goals, and developing a high-performance maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the implementation of the site's Asset Care and Reliability strategy
  • Provide technical assistance in the purchase and maintenance of equipment
  • Develop and lead a competent and efficient Maintenance Department workforce
  • Source additional technical talent and develop existing team members
  • Leverage the Maintenance function to support Operational Excellence initiatives
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues
  • Develop and recommend long-term strategies for expense and capital initiatives
  • Enforce company procedures and policies regarding safety and employee conduct
  • Build and manage maintenance labor, supplies, parts, and contractor services budgets
  • Develop and utilize performance measurement processes to track and report on maintenance performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing with 3+ years of supervisory experience required
  • Experience in the food processing industry preferred
  • Transformation experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) preferred
  • Six Sigma or CMRP certification preferred
  • Proficiency and knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP
