We are seeking a dedicated and passionate leader to take on the essential role of Club Director. In this position, you will be instrumental in shaping the lives of young people, providing them with opportunities to grow, learn, and succeed.
Your Key Responsibilities- Oversee Youth Development Programs: Implement engaging programs that foster academic success, healthy lifestyles, leadership skills, and positive character development.
- Create a Safe and Supportive Environment: Ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and physically safe environment for all Club members.
- Manage Resources for Optimal Results: Efficiently manage the Club's budget, facilities, and resources to ensure high-quality programming and a well-maintained space.
- Build Community Connections: Collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to establish a strong support network for young people.
- Lead and Motivate Your Team: Guide and mentor your staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- A commitment to positively impact the lives of young people.
- Demonstrated experience in program development and implementation.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

As a Club Director, you will play a vital role in driving the mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area. You will have the rewarding experience of empowering young people and contributing to the betterment of our community.
Additional Requirements- Valid state driver's license required.
