Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Trek Bicycle, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized attention, answering questions, and making recommendations on products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the right bike or accessory for their needs
  • Provide expert advice on bicycle maintenance and repair
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for bicycles, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00 - $20.00, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible spending accounts, 401(k) matching, and employee discounts on all Trek products.
