We are seeking a dedicated Regional Travel RN to join our team at Georgia Hospice Care. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient experiences throughout your designated region.
Job Summary
As a Regional Travel RN, you will be responsible for evaluating patients and developing personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs. You will work closely with patients, their families, and our interdisciplinary care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create tailored care plans that address their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Deliver direct patient care and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of services.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to provide empathy, education, and support.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current state license as a registered nurse (RN) and a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program.
- At least two years of experience in a clinical care setting, with a minimum of one year in hospice care.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, lift up to 25 pounds, and bear the weight of an average adult.
