About the Opportunity:

ProCare Therapy is collaborating with an esteemed school district in Arlington, VA, to find a dedicated Special Education Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs and abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Instructional Design: Create and implement instructional plans that cater to students with various disabilities, adapting teaching methods and materials as necessary to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with parents, other teachers, and support staff to create a supportive learning environment and ensure students' academic and social success.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress, monitor their development, and adjust instructional strategies as needed to facilitate optimal learning outcomes.
