This is a unique opportunity to lead a technology team responsible for building solutions to increase consumer engagement, empower merchants, and automate test and learn for CVS's 9000+ stores and 100M+ consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing, promotion, offer, and loyalty software solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Optimize marketing and markdown spend to maximize ROI and minimize waste.
  • Lead cross-functional technology product teams to deliver large-scale systems using cloud-based tech stacks, including Snowflake, Palantir, Azure, and Google.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Deliver $500M+ impact through data-driven insights and analytics.

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in retail, with a strong background in analytics and data science.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact projects and driving business growth.
  • Growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
  • Deep analytical skills, with expertise in experimentation methods, statistics, and programming.
  • Advanced degree in statistics, operations research, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or economics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a management consulting organization.
