Role Overview: We are seeking a Field Sales Associate to enhance our Industrial Markets team, specifically targeting the Filtration sector within the Minerals (Cement) industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive profitable sales growth in the region.
  • Develop and achieve sales forecasts.
  • Take direct responsibility for managing and closing sales with designated accounts.
  • Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Formulate sales strategies and tactics for the Filtration business in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Engage in consultative and value-based selling with technically focused clients.
  • Provide initial technical and quality support to end users.
  • Collaborate with the global/regional marketing communications team to create effective sales strategies.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and technical seminars.
  • Share insights and experiences with the APAC and Global Filtration teams through the Salesforce system.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • Over 5 years of sales experience in industrial products, preferably in filtration.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • A proactive sales approach with a strong ability to uncover and qualify prospects.
  • Skilled in building a quality network within the Cement industry through various channels.
  • Competent in strategic selling and prospecting techniques.
  • Experienced in consultative and value-based selling with technically oriented clients.
  • Proven success in selling through third-party channels (EPC, OEM, agents).
  • Ability to quickly acquire 1-2 new accounts from top Cement companies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.
