A Day in the Life:
As a seasonal Tax Specialist at H&R Block, you will benefit from the guidance of our knowledgeable team, committed to equipping you with the necessary tax training for your success. Additionally, if you fulfill specific criteria, you may have the chance to earn incentive compensation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline
- Prior experience in customer service or retail settings
- Experience in a dynamic, supportive work environment
- Availability to work a minimum of 25-35 hours weekly during tax season, with the potential for up to 40 hours during peak periods

Your Contributions:
- Conduct tax interviews with clients in person and through virtual platforms—video, phone, chat, email
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate tax returns
- Drive business growth, enhance client retention, and propose additional products and services
- Provide clients with IRS support

- Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course 1
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
