STS Technical Services is seeking experienced professionals to fill the role of Aluminum Mig Welder in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an Aluminum Mig Welder, you will play a crucial role in assembling and welding metal parts with precision and accuracy.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Heat and form metal parts using hand tools, torch, or welding equipment, adhering to strict quality control measures.
  • Weld components in flat and vertical positions, ensuring seamless joints and high-quality finishes.
  • Read and operate measuring devices accurately, maintaining attention to detail to meet quality standards.
  • Assemble and weld parts as outlined on blueprints, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production.
  • Safely maneuver parts using an overhead crane, prioritizing workplace safety and adhering to industry regulations.
  • Ensure quality by adjusting welder configurations, implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain attention to detail to meet quality standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements
  • Three (3) or more years of relevant experience in aluminum welding, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Must pass a welding qualification test upon starting, demonstrating expertise in welding techniques and safety protocols.
  • Valid US driver’s license required, with a clean driving record and ability to travel as needed.
