About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to join our team at Regus Management Group LLC. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our center, ensuring that our members receive exceptional service and have a great working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including customer service, sales support, and team management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead a team of Community Associates to ensure excellent customer service and a positive member experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Manage the center's facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or operations management.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.
