We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at FirstService Residential Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to residents, guests, and service providers.
- Monitor and operate electronic security control systems to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Greet and direct residents, guests, and invitees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and logs.
- Resolve and follow up on all complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
- College-level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
- Two to three years of business experience preferred.
- Computer literacy and command of information system hardware/software preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Multiple language fluency is desirable.
