We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing detailed market analysis, preparing technical presentations, and developing new product concepts to meet emerging market needs. The Marketing Specialist will also lead the marketing and promotion of all NeoGraf products with support from the commercial organization.

Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct in-depth research on graphite material applications and emerging trends in various industries.
• Analyze competitor strategies and product offerings to identify NeoGraf's unique selling propositions.

Campaign Development and Execution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns for NeoGraf's graphite solutions.
• Create content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns.

Digital Marketing

• Manage and optimize NeoGraf's online presence, including website content and social media profiles.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve NeoGraf's visibility in search engine results.

Customer Engagement

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Organize and participate in webinars, tradeshows, expositions, and educational events to showcase NeoGraf's expertise in graphite material science.

Product Launch Support

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for new product launches.
• Create and maintain product literature and technical documentation to support sales efforts.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using various analytics tools.
• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, lead generation, and ROI to management.

Brand Management

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and communications.
• Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to create visually appealing marketing collateral that aligns with NeoGraf's brand identity.

Industry Knowledge

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the graphite and advanced materials industry.
• Attend relevant conferences and workshops to enhance industry knowledge and network with potential clients.

Safety

• Ensure a culture of behavior-based safety by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines in all activities, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing-related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player with skills to lead/participate in cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of the company's products or services and their technical aspects.
• Thorough knowledge of HS&EP policies and procedures.
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Working Conditions

Non-climate-controlled factory environment; concrete flooring that may be slippery at times due to graphite.

Frequent lifting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, stooping is required as part of this position. Exposure to audible and visual alarms, lights, etc. PPE may be required as appropriate.
