Maintenance Director

Top Tier Talent Advisors is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our team of technicians and supervisors at our flagship plant. With a focus on efficiency and productivity, this role is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to take their career to the next level.

• Oversee all aspects of plant maintenance activities, including management of the maintenance team.
• Develop and implement preventative, predictive, and PM activities and scheduling.
• Manage parts inventory, the plant's CMMS system, and maintenance budget.
• Plan maintenance activities on utility systems to ensure continuous supply of heat, steam, electric power, gas, or air required for operations.
• Analyze maintenance organizational effectiveness and modify plans and programs to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Develop and implement new methods and procedures to improve operations, minimize costs, and optimize labor and materials utilization.

• Preferred bachelor's degree, but relevant experience will be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in maintenance management in a food, dairy, beverage, meat, baking, poultry, or snack foods facility.
• Proven ability to evaluate employee skills, design training programs, and elevate a maintenance staff while holding people accountable for performance.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Systems.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop employees.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement.
