The Seasonal Cleaning Specialist is tasked with ensuring cleanliness and orderliness across all assigned areas of the facility, contributing to a hospitable atmosphere for visitors. This position is vital in maintaining the organization's high standards and enhancing visitor satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces
  • Maintain laundry facilities, ensuring cleanliness and operational efficiency
  • Conduct floor maintenance including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing
  • Ensure the cleanliness of windows, screens, and ledges
  • Keep workspaces tidy and organized, disposing of waste as necessary
  • Follow safety protocols and report any potential risks to management
  • Carry out special projects and additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven reliability and dedication to exceptional service
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
  • Familiarity with standard cleaning practices
  • Understanding of safety measures related to cleaning agents

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Willingness to adapt to varying temperature conditions
