Job Summary

As a Housekeeper - Seasonal Position with SBR Management LLC, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our resort facilities. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize resort restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Maintain washers and dryers by cleaning all surfaces and removing lint to prevent damage and ensure efficient operation.
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, wax, and buff all floors as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Clean and inspect all windows, screens, and window ledges to ensure they are clean and functioning properly.
  • Empty trash containers as needed and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions to the resort manager or maintenance supervisor.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be hardworking, reliable, and focused on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience cleaning homes or other large facilities is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of general janitorial work and safety measures required when using cleaning chemicals is required.
Physical Requirements
  • Constantly stand, walk, and use hands.
  • Lifting requirements: up to 25 lbs.
  • Environment conditions: temperature changes.
