Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:

Essential KSAs:

· Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year institution with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, web-based platforms, and CMMS software.

Preferred KSAs:

· Basic understanding of business principles, including contract management, negotiation, billing structures, financial acumen, and relationship management.

· Experience in planning and scheduling is advantageous.
