Job Summary:
We are seeking an Expeditor to join our team at Miller's Ale House. As an Expeditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between front-of-house and back-of-house team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient service.
- Ensure menu knowledge and be able to address any server or bartender questions about the menu.
- Uphold recipe specifications and maintain perfect presentation of every dish.
- Ensure every dish reaches guests piping hot by calling for food runners.
- Drive ticket times while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation of work areas.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
