Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our Food Services Team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in food production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain work schedules and production packets to ensure efficient food production.
  • Direct daily activities and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety policies, procedures, and department requirements.
  • Supervise and evaluate employees, providing guidance and support to promote growth and teamwork.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and perform preventative maintenance checks.
  • Collaborate with the Food Service Director and Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, food service, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
