Job Description

As a Financial Services Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service throughout the full cycle of the loan or pawn process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized assistance to customers, educating them on financial products and services.
  • Assisting with customer account management, including accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet performance standards, leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in store and community events.
  • Developing strong customer relationships to build new business, maintain store profitability, and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer information in the Point-of-Sale system.
  • Upholding compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and peers.
  • Familiarity with phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
  • A minimum age requirement of 18 years (19 in Alabama).
  • The ability to pass a criminal background check.

Salary Estimate

We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $35,000-$50,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and reflects the level of expertise required for this role.
