Clinical Laboratory Scientist II

Quanterix is a leading company in biomarker analysis, revolutionizing the field of precision health. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist II to join our Accelerator team.
Job Summary:The Clinical Laboratory Scientist II will perform high complexity laboratory testing for research and clinical diagnostics in our CLIA-certified Accelerator Laboratory. This role requires independent work in an efficient and organized manner to ensure accurate results and records.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply laboratory skills and experience to generate high-quality data in support of various projects, including testing and analysis of customer-supplied samples using Quanterix assays.
- Perform testing of samples under CLIA for clinical testing services.
- Perform basic data analysis on all assays run in the lab.
- Review assay results according to laboratory protocols, taking appropriate action and escalating when necessary.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and calibration of instrumentation.
- Maintain inventory, records, and work instructions.
- Assist with training of staff.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
- ASCP or MLT certification.
- 2-5 years of experience running immunoassays (e.g., ELISA).
- 2-5 years of clinical laboratory experience; other relevant experience, typically acquired in a clinical laboratory or clinical research organization, qualifying the candidate as testing personnel under CLIA regulations.
