Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Operating Room Recovery department. As an RN, you will utilize your specialized plan-of-care intervention to shape exceptional patient journeys every day. You will work closely with our team to leverage cutting-edge technology and directly impact patient wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatment.
- Document patient care given and monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Assist patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
Requirements
- Current state RN license
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire
- One year of experience preferred
