Responsibilities include:

  • Providing plan-of-care interventions and administering medications
  • Documenting patient care and communicating with the care team
  • Assisting patients with daily living activities and promoting independence
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions

Schedule:

3 12-hour shifts: 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Nursing
  • Active RN licensure in North Carolina
