About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care to residents in post-acute care facilities, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, including vital sign checks, ADL assistance, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in care planning and implementation, working collaboratively with the broader nursing team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve resident outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Strong understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
