Linen Delivery Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver/Laundry Mechanic to join our team at Allegheny Textile Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering linens to various locations in the Pittsburgh area and assisting with mechanical duties related to our laundry equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver linens to nursing homes, hospitals, and doctor's offices in a safe and timely manner
• Assist with mechanical duties, including PM, maintenance, and repairs of washers, dryers, compressors, and other equipment
• Operate a small box truck, cargo van, or minivan safely and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and interact with clients in a professional manner

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift packages up to 40 pounds
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
