Medical Lead RN

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Medical Lead in our Emergency Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide shift leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring that patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring that patient needs are met and exceeded.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in good working order.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on new procedures and technologies, ensuring that they are equipped to provide the highest level of care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and use new software and systems.
