Job Title: RN Lead - Progressive Care Unit

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team. As a RN Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care and develop individualized plans to meet their unique needs
  • Lead and manage a team of RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient safety and quality of care
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
