About the Role

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician I to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our resort properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including drywall repair, painting, and plumbing work.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Replace filters, caulk, and other cosmetic components as needed.
  • Unclog toilets and sinks, and touch up paint and wallpaper.
  • Execute planned scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of all equipment and tools.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions, climb stairs, and work on ladders up to 40 feet.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to grasp, stoop, and reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
