Detailed Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly skilled digital hardware design engineer with experience designing FPGA and RF data acquisition systems.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing cutting-edge wireless communication systems, from Long Wave to S-Band.
  • This role involves designing and realizing digital modulators using adaptive pre-correction and crest factor reduction in FPGA hardware platforms.
  • FPGA design and verification using VHDL programming languages for Xilinx devices are essential skills for this position.
  • Familiarity with digital RF waveforms and modulation techniques, including COFDM, QAM, QPSK, and 8VSB, is also required.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A BS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with 3-5 years of design experience, preferably 5-10 years in digital wireless communication.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in an R&D environment at a technology-related company.
  • Strong knowledge of RF and digital communications systems, with 4 years of experience demonstrating formal understanding in communication and signal processing theory and techniques.
  • Excellent digital HW design, schematic capture, and high-speed board design skills, with 3 years of experience.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $120,000-$150,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
