The Production Assembler plays a crucial role in the precise, safe, and efficient assembly of wooden and metal components into finished wall panel products, adhering strictly to design specifications and measurements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Precisely position pre-cut wooden components onto jigs according to wall panel designs.
  • Utilize staple guns to securely fasten wooden components together.
  • Measure wall panel dimensions accurately to ensure quality and compliance with design standards.
  • Install metal connector plates at joints for permanent assembly in line with design requirements.
  • Uphold safety and quality standards in all wall constructions.
  • Transfer completed products to the packaging and shipping section of the production line.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information.
  • Capable of reading or learning to read a tape measure.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management skills.
