The ideal candidate should bring expertise in technical asset management for the water and wastewater utility sector, showcasing proficiency in industry-recognized tools and methodologies. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategic asset management plans to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
  • Establishing service levels and performance metrics to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and improve decision-making.
  • Analyzing operational procedures and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assessing asset conditions and recommending maintenance strategies to extend asset lifespan.
  • Enhancing asset management technology to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
  • Traveling as needed for project-related activities to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Qualifications:

Required:

  • 8 years of consulting experience in environmental engineering or management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Engineering Management.

Preferred:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional relationship-building capabilities to foster strong partnerships and drive business growth.
